LaundryBook policy
Terms and Conditions
These terms explain how shop owners may use LaundryBook, how subscriptions work, and what responsibilities apply while using the service.
Last updated: 25 June 2026
1. About LaundryBook
LaundryBook is a cloud-based software product for laundry and dry-cleaning shops. It helps shop owners manage customers, orders, catalog prices, dues, reports, bill or tag printing, and useful WhatsApp customer updates from a web browser.
The service is operated by Abhijeet Kumar. These terms apply when you access the LaundryBook website, create an account, start a trial, or purchase a paid plan.
2. Eligibility and accounts
- You must be legally able to enter into a contract in India or your local jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.
- You must provide accurate owner, shop, and contact information during signup and payment.
- You are responsible for all activity performed from your account.
3. Trial and paid plans
- A new account may receive one 7-day free trial for its first shop workspace. Additional shops added under the same owner account do not receive another trial.
- Paid monthly and annual options are prepaid access durations for the same LaundryBook feature set unless a separate plan says otherwise.
- Unless a separate written multi-shop plan is agreed, each paid plan covers one physical shop only.
- If a paid plan is purchased while a trial or paid period is still active, the new duration may be added after the active period.
- LaundryBook may pause access when a trial expires, a paid period ends, or payment cannot be verified.
4. Payments
Online payments are processed through Razorpay. LaundryBook does not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, netbanking credentials, or wallet credentials. Payment method data is handled by Razorpay and the relevant banks or payment networks.
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise. Taxes, if applicable, may be added or included as required by law and shown during checkout or on the payment screen.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use LaundryBook for illegal activity, fraud, spam, or unauthorized access.
- Do not attempt to access another shop account or another shop customer data.
- Do not upload malicious files, scripts, or data intended to damage the service.
- Do not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law allows.
6. Shop and customer data
You are responsible for the accuracy of customer, order, pricing, payment, due, and catalog data entered for your shop. LaundryBook provides tools to operate the shop, but the shop owner remains responsible for local business records, tax records, customer communication, and fulfilment of laundry services.
WhatsApp updates are for useful order and payment communication. Shops must use customer phone numbers lawfully, respect customer communication choices, and must not use LaundryBook messaging for spam or unrelated promotions.
7. Availability and changes
We aim to keep LaundryBook fast and reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, internet issues, third-party outages, or events outside our control. Features, pricing, and plans may change as the product improves.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaundryBook is provided as software tools for shop operations and is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, customer disputes, shop fulfilment mistakes, device failures, or internet outages. Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by applicable law.
