Data Deletion Instructions

Email support@laundrybook.in with the subject Data deletion request.

• If you are a shop owner, include the shop name and the registered email address or phone number.
• If you are a shop customer, include your phone number and the name of the laundry or dry-cleaning shop.
• Tell us whether you want specific WhatsApp notification records, customer records, or the full LaundryBook account deleted.
• Do not send passwords, OTPs, reset links, payment credentials, or API keys.

We may ask for limited information to verify that the requester owns the account or is authorized to make the request. After verification, we will process the deletion request and confirm the outcome by email according to applicable law.

A shop customer may also contact the shop that collected their details. The shop can correct or remove its customer records using LaundryBook where supported or ask LaundryBook support for help.

• LaundryBook account and shop profile information covered by the verified request.
• Customer contact and order information covered by the verified request.
• WhatsApp notification delivery records and inbound command receipts covered by the verified request.
• Other personal information that is not required to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, payment, tax, or dispute-resolution reasons.

Replying STOP to a LaundryBook WhatsApp notification blocks future LaundryBook WhatsApp updates to that number. It does not delete existing account, customer, order, payment, or notification records. Use the email process above when you also want data deleted.

LaundryBook uses Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform for order-status notifications. LaundryBook does not use Facebook Login to create LaundryBook shop or customer accounts. This page is the public deletion-instructions URL for the LaundryBook Meta app.
